PLEASE NOTE: The following terms and conditions govern the sale by us. By accepting delivery of the Products described on the invoice/packing slip that will be provided to the Customer, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.

1. Order Acceptance and Completion:
Order acceptance and the completion of the transaction will take place when the goods ordered are shipped to the address designated by customer on order page unless the customer has been notified that OMIT does not accept the order or the order has been cancelled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product ordered is currently unavailable from stock
Payment authorization could not be obtained
There has been an identified pricing or product description error
Order or payment is suspected to be fraudulent

2.Chargebacks and Refunds
Refunds are outlined and are handled according to company policy. If it is determined that funds are to be refunded for a purchase, such refund, chargeback, or reimbursement shall exclude the nominal restocking fee (currently 5% of the purchase price of the products ordered), set from time-to-time , and all freight charges, where applicable.

3.Product Availability

Limited stock available. Promotional offers are valid only while supplies last. Prices may fluctuate; call for current pricing. Products may not be available for immediate delivery.

We only sell and stock new, manufacturer warrantied products. Grey market or unlabeled, white-box items are not represented by us in any form.

Products obtained under these Terms and Conditions may be subject to HK government export control regulations. Customer assures that it will comply with those regulations whenever it exports or re-exports controlled Products or technical data obtained any Product produced directly from the controlled technical data.

5.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all related transactions will be governed by the Baisc Law and the applicable laws of HKSAR.
